Our Return Policy

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be:

  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Unworn, unwashed, and free of any stains or odors
  • In the original packaging with all accessories included

Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear (unless faulty) or any final sale items marked as non-returnable. Please check product descriptions carefully.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for approval – our customer service team will respond within 24 hours (weekdays) with return instructions and your Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  3. Package your items securely in the original packaging if possible, including the RAN clearly visible on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship your return using a trackable shipping method to our returns center at:

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed

Note: Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color (subject to availability). Follow the same return process above and indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange. We’ll process the exchange once we receive your original item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.

International Returns

For international returns (outside the U.S.), please note:

  • You are responsible for any customs duties or taxes associated with the return
