We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) with two convenient options:

  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch

Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Available for orders over $50 USD
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Our Hassle-Free Returns

We want you to love your Zesty purchase as much as we love creating it. If something isn’t quite right, we offer easy returns within 15 days of receiving your order.

Important Exceptions:

  • Swimwear (for hygiene reasons, unless faulty)
  • Final sale items marked as non-returnable

Return Requirements:

  • Items must be in original condition with tags attached
  • Unworn, unwashed, and free of any stains or odors

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
